We do not guarantee that any task recommendation, template, prompt, workflow, or other output will be suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether to rely on them. The services are provided for general informational and productivity purposes and are not a substitute for professional advice.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the services. By using the services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you submit prompts, files, feedback, or other materials, you represent that you have all necessary rights to do so and that your submissions do not violate any law or third-party right.
AI Features and Output

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You acknowledge that outputs may require human review and verification.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any AI-generated output before relying on it, including for business, financial, legal, health, safety, or employment-related decisions. AI Task Guide does not warrant that outputs will be error-free, original, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose.
We may use service data, including prompts and outputs, to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the services, consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Intellectual Property Rights
As between you and AI Task Guide, we and our licensors own the services, including software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, templates, and other materials made available by us, excluding your own content and submissions.

This license does not give you any ownership rights in the services or any related intellectual property.

Payments, Trials, and Billing

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current rate until canceled. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY CONTENT OR OUTPUT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so some of the above disclaimers may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI Task Guide AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT LIMIT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Task Guide and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your use of the services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the services, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason permitted by law, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the services, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, fees, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law, will survive.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the services will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where federal law applies or where a different rule is required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you and AI Task Guide agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. If a claim cannot lawfully be resolved in that forum, the applicable law or forum required by law will control.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the services, legal requirements, or our business practices. When we do, we will revise the effective date and may provide additional notice where required by law.
Your continued use of the services after any updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the services.
